When I was depressed, stuck in a job I hated and a toxic relationship overextending myself in every direction, I thought I just needed more healing and better time management. What I really needed was boundaries and self-trust. Now, as a behavioral coach and boundary expert, I teach women how to stop people-pleasing, enforce their standards without guilt, and finally choose themselves without apology.
This isn’t surface-level self-help.
This is behavior-based boundary coaching—with a whole lot of truth and transformation.

WHY I DO THIS WORK
I didn’t rebuild my entire life just to keep the blueprint to myself.
I created the RESET Method because it’s what I desperately needed when I was still people-pleasing and settling for love I knew I should never have had to earn.
Now, I use it to help women who’ve been where I was: smart, successful, and stuck in cycles that were killing my dream life.
Women who’ve gone to therapy, read the books, said the affirmations... but still find themselves people-pleasing, second-guessing, and settling. This isn’t about fixing you. You were never broken. This is about finally choosing yourself instead of waiting to be chosen.
Because the truth? You can manifest all day, visualize your dream life, and get every degree, but if your boundaries are leaking and your self-trust is shaky, you’ll stay stuck in cycles that don’t serve you.
